Your personal information is protected
We consider the protection of privacy and personal data to be a primary obligation. We consider the personal data of our customers and visitors to be strictly confidential and handle it only in accordance with applicable legislation.
We only process data to the extent strictly necessary and for an unavoidably long period of time.
Below you will find an overview of how we handle your personal data and how your data is protected.

The company is the operator of the booking portal via which it obtains and subsequently processes your personal data.
Personal data categories
We collect different data depending on which of our services you use.
If you order a service from us, we process the following data:
- name and surname
- email address
- postal address
- billing address (company name, company ID, VAT number, VAT number)
- telephone number
If you have created a customer account with us, we process:
- name and surname
- email address
- postal address
- billing address (company name, company ID, VAT number, VAT number)
- telephone number
- login password (we do not have access to the actual password)
If you receive marketing messages (newsletter) from us, we process:
- name and surname
- email address
Other personal data we process:

- records of website behaviour (e.g. IP addresses, cookies or other essential online identifiers)
Providing and improving services
In order to provide the services we offer and to improve them to your satisfaction, we process your personal data. Specifically, this includes:
- Processing a service order placed through our website or customer service line. The legal basis is the fulfilment of the sales contract and the fulfilment of legal obligations (e.g. invoices).
- Customer support. In order to provide customer service and to troubleshoot any problems in the performance of the purchase contract, we process your personal data on the basis of the necessary performance of these contracts.
- Communication. We use the collected data in order to communicate with you and personalise it individually. For example, we may contact you by telephone, email or other means to let you know the current status of your request, order or complaint.
Protection, security and dispute resolution
We may also process data on the basis of legitimate interest to ensure the protection and security of our systems and our customers, to detect and prevent fraud, to resolve disputes and to enforce our agreements on the basis of legitimate interest.
Marketing offers
- Newsletter (business announcement). We send you commercial communications related to similar products as you have purchased. You can always unsubscribe from these commercial communications via the unsubscribe link that you will find in each email. You can also contact our customer service directly to unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe from commercial communications, we will no longer use your electronic contacts for these purposes. We will start using them again if you register them or explicitly request them.
- The marketing offers you receive may be selected based on other information we have collected about you over time from your contact details, favourites and usage data from our products and websites (cookies, IP address, data provided by your browser, data on clicks, sales messages viewed, products and categories visited).
- If you are not our customer, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent.
Processing cookies from websites
If you have cookies enabled in your web browser, we process behavioural records from cookies placed on our website for the purposes of ensuring better operation of our website and for internet advertising purposes. Please see below for more information.

Personal data processors
Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties or otherwise communicated if this is necessary for the performance of the purchase contract, on the basis of a legitimate interest or if you have given your consent in advance.
- to companies and processors on the basis of the performance of a sales contract
- to carriers for the purpose of delivering products or services you have ordered and dealing with complaints, including withdrawal from the contract
- other service providers, third parties involved in data processing
- public authorities (e.g. police)
To the extent that third parties use the data in the context of their legitimate interest, the controller shall not be liable for such processing. Such processing shall be governed by the data processing policies of the companies and persons concerned.
Personal data protection
Your personal data is transmitted to us in encrypted form. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system. We secure our website and other systems with technical and organisational measures against the loss and destruction of your data, against unauthorised persons accessing, altering or disseminating your data.
All data is stored in secure data centres in Slovakia. Access to these servers is protected by personal identification and the usual measures offered by quality data centres.
We require our processors to demonstrate that their systems comply with the GDPR.
Access to your customer account is only possible by entering your personal password. In this context, we would like to remind you that it is essential that you do not communicate your access data to third parties and always log out of your customer account once you have finished your activity in this account.
Furthermore, please be aware that if you communicate with us via email, chat or other applications, these methods of communication may not be encrypted. Therefore, you should not use them to communicate confidential information.
Processing period
We process the personal data of customers who have purchased from us for the time necessary to ensure all rights and obligations arising from the purchase contract, i.e. during the order and warranty period. We then store this data for the period for which we, as the controller, are obliged to store it under generally binding legislation. Accounting documents, e.g. invoices issued by our company, are archived in accordance with the law for 10 years from the date of their issue.
The consent for notification of the availability of goods remains valid until the availability information has been sent, but for a maximum of 1 year or until it is revoked.
We process the personal data of people who have expressed an interest in receiving our newsletter and have agreed to marketing offers for a period of 5 years, or until such consent is withdrawn.
We process personal data collected by means of cookies for a period of 5 years.
In other cases, the processing period results from the purpose of the processing or is determined by data protection legislation.
Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data
If we process your personal data, you can request free information about the processing of your personal data at any time.
If you believe that we are processing your personal data in violation of the protection of your personal data and the statutory data protection conditions, you may request an explanation, request that we remedy the situation, in particular, you may request the rectification, supplementation, destruction of your personal data or blocking of your personal data.
You also have the right to address your request to the Data Protection Authority at any time.
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. If you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, your personal data will be deleted or anonymised; however, this does not apply to personal data that we need to fulfil our legal obligations (e.g. to process an order that has already been placed) or to protect our legitimate interests. The destruction of personal data will also take place if the personal data is no longer necessary for the stated purpose or if the storage of your data is inadmissible for other statutory reasons.

To improve the delivery of our services, we use cookies on our website.
Cookies are considered to be small amounts of data that the browser stores on the User's computer. We use cookies on our website for content customization, statistical activities and social networking.
We use the information stored to personalize the content you see. Further, to improve the user experience on our site and to personalize the content of advertisements so that we do not show you ads for items you are not interested in. In other words, we want to create a better service for you with your help.
We therefore collect data about the browser you use, your operating system, your IP address. None of this data is linked to a specific person and this data is anonymous to us.
We do not provide any data collected in this way to third parties.
